TAP’s best-practice seven-step design process builds upon the analysis undertaken during the Learning Needs Analysis phase and ensures that learning design addresses the real needs of the business and the people working in it.
This course is designed for anyone who is required to design learning solutions (classroom courses, online workshops etc.) as a part of their role.
Learners will be able to:
During the course, learners will plan the design of a work-based learning solution. Achievement will be assessed by the verification of submitted templates, mapped to the seven-step TAP Design Process.
After the course, learners will provide documented evidence of how they have applied their learning to their work.
Before the workshop, there is an important pre-course preparation document, which will be marked as a milestone within QA’s online platform. To get started on their pre-course work, learners will have to:
