This course provides an advanced understanding of the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture framework, focusing on the practical application of TOGAF methodologies and techniques. Participants will learn how to develop, sustain, and transform an Enterprise Architecture using the TOGAF Standard. The course includes stakeholder management, the Architecture Development Method (ADM) phases, governance, and change management strategies. Learners will develop the skills needed to apply the TOGAF Framework in an Agile environment and drive organisational transformation.
