Learners explore how effective risk management supports better decision making, enhances resilience, and protects organisational value. The course focuses on applying the framework across strategic, portfolio, programme, project, product, and operational perspectives, helping individuals understand how risk influences both threats and opportunities. Through practical examples and scenario-based work, learners gain the skills to apply the M_o_R 4 processes immediately within their organisation. M_o_R 4 is aligned with ISO standards and is a single-level certification targeted at practitioner level.
